Our Clinical Rotation Scheduling system includes follow-up, clinical unit availability,
annual rotation rollover, and community benefits reporting.
Student orientation (onboarding) module let you assign which documents, quiz or information are required by the school, and hospitals. Students are automatically notified to fulfill those requirements via user friendly interface that works both on a computer and on any mobile devices.
Students can track time, complete surveys, and take notes as part of our vast offerings to make every rotation become a fabulous learning event instead of a paper work jungle.

Create and assign clinical unit capacity to avoid education partners from creating overlapping or unavailable requests.

Community Benefits Report helps you keep track of community benefit hours, number of students served.
Year-end rollover feature allows you to approve/deny placements requests in batches.

Finding clinical placements is a difficult task by itself, keeping those placements and maintaining them should be easy. ClinicalStudent.com tries to make the process easier by removing repetitive tasks, follow-up, year-end rollover, etc.
When creating a new request ClinicalStudent will inform you of clinical unit availability, shift overlap, etc.
Using the rollover feature, you can request the same placements next year. The software is smart enough to calculate find the closest day of the week to match last year's placement, and modify the request dates accordingly.
Automated features such as email notification for follow-up request, change of placement will save you time.
