Our placement management system includes detailed follow-up including real-time two-party notifications, day by day scheduling, clinical unit availability, annual rollover, and more.
Compliance module helps you create requirements for your students, faculty and attendees. Requirements can include forms, assessments, and even simple receipt cofirmation. You setup the type of requirement, due date and ClinicalStudent.com takes over. You can track status of entire cohort or an inviddual with real-time reporting. Annual requirements (ex. flu) or requirements that expire (ex. BLS) are managed automatically. Attendees receive email reminders for better and on-time compliance.
ClinicalStudent.com's roster system leads to earlier roster delivery and accurate allocation. Ease of building roster leades to earlier roster delivery and more time for clinical partners to begin preparing network logins, badges, etc.
Our clinical encounter log, preceptor management, timesheet are features designed for all advanced practice nursing programs. Clinical encounter logging is fully configurable by program type and/or school.
ClinicalStudent.com offers offers drug testing, criminal background check, and professional review of student/faculty submissions. Our integration with 3rd party vendors ensures accurate reporting.

Our nursing program began using clinical student as the clinical placement software for our area clinical partners about 2 years ago. During this time I have been impressed by the product usability, product customizability, and responsiveness of the clinical student staff. The product is simple to use, navigate, and run reports. These are key features essential to our nursing program success. Our department has been so impressed by the clinical placement product that we moved all of our clinical compliance tracking to this system 6 months ago. This feature of the product has drastically improved our efficiency and ability to run frequent reports to monitor student and faculty clinical compliance. As clinical compliance requirements are revised and updated, the staff at clinical student are there to support us and make requested updates to the system to meet our program needs and with a quick turnaround. I highly recommend the clinical student product as a product that can support nursing programs and adapt to the frequency and evolving needs of nursing programs.

I completely agree that ClinicalStudent is a HUGE time savings! We are figuring out more and more ways to put everything that is required into ClinicalStudent to ensure compliance and reduce the time spent during orientation!
